If you are into this pig farming, you sure wouldn't lack money again for the rest of your life. Pig production business in Lagos state alone has the potential of generating about $2 billion (N300 billion) annually. Gbolahan Lawal, the commissioner for agric, Lagos state revealed this recently at a forum in Lagos organised by the Commercial Agric Development (CADP) team. The reason is because Pig meet is in high demand in Nigeria and sells very very fast in the market. Another reason is that Pig reproduce in large number and grows very fast. Furthermore, raising a hog is a project especially suited to the small or beginning farmer because (1) the capital investment is low, (2) the project is short term and (3) the family garden can provide a substantial amount of high-quality food in the pig's diet at negligible cost.

The more pigs you want to raise, the more land will required. Divide the land into several plots. This will help you to raise different aged pigs separately. It will be better, if you can select a land far from the residential areas. Calm and quiet place will be very effective. While selecting land for pig farming business in Nigeria, remember there are very important facilities you will need to get too. Such facilities as: accessibility to fresh and clean water supply , efficient transportation system,  veterinary service, closeness to the market, must be far from residential area.

Changing the water and refilling the pool as frequently as possible will ensure that they are clean all the time. If you are keeping them outdoor, shelter should be build for them.

3. Choosing Piglets to Raise

Pig feeders can be obtained from stock breeders, and producers, in auctions and classified ads. Pigs are of different breeds some of them are well suited for specific environments, indoor or outdoor. Crossbred pigs tend to grow faster, consume feed more efficiently and are vigorous. When buying a feeder, choose the large and healthy looking ones, at least 25 lbs. If you are choosing a male, which is observed to grow slightly faster than females, get one that is already castrated. Male or female, they are preferably immunized. Ask the breeder for health information and stock of the breeder.

4. Proper Nutrition for Pigs

Pigs feed on both grains and meat. They can also be fed with cooked table scraps and vegetables. Corn is their most common food, but they could benefit from having a diet with protein from soybeans or cooked meat. Further, they grow faster with vitamins and other supplements. Piglets have higher protein requirements than mature ones. Feeds can be bought packaged and in bulk. Pigs must also have adequate supply of drinking water daily, about two to four gallons. How To Avoid Malaria When Visiting Nigeria

Malaria is a serious disease, which in the worst case may be fatal. It's widespread in tropical and subtropical areas. Malaria, spread by the Anopheles mosquito, kills millions of people in tropical and sub-tropical Africa every year. As a visitor to these areas you are also at risk of getting this disease. With the right precautions you can minimize your chances of getting malaria. Malaria is a preventable infection that can be fatal if left untreated. You cannot be vaccinated against malaria, but you can protect yourself. There are very few countries in Africa that are malaria-free, Nigeria is not one of them. Here are ways to avoid malaria when you are visiting Nigeria.

How to avoid malaria when visiting Nigeria

1) Avoid getting bitten by mosquitoes

There are a number of sensible precautions that one can take to keep mosquitoes away when you're traveling:

Use a mosquito net at night, the most effective are those treated with an insect repellent. Bring one with you, they are very light and will easily fit in your luggage.

Wear protective clothing. Both at day and during the night, wear clothing that makes it difficult for mosquitoes to penetrate your skin.  long trousers, long-sleeved clothing and socks are thick enough to stop the mosquitoes bite, and should be worn outside after sunset. But it may be hard to follow such advice in a hot climate. Light colours are less attractive to mosquitoes.

Stay somewhere that has effective air conditioning and screening on doors and windows. If this is not possible, make sure that doors and windows close properly.

Use personal insect repellent protection. There are different types of repellent available on the market and some ingredients are stronger than others and may not be available in all countries. Generally, products containing pyrethrum or synthetic pyrethroids are considered safe for personal use

2)  Failure of travelers to take anti-malarial drugs for the full prescribed cycle, including upon returning home, lessens their effectiveness. You will need to take prescription medicine before, during, and after your trip to prevent malaria. Your doctor can help you decide which medicine is right for you, and also talk to you about other steps you can take to prevent malaria

3) Continue to take anti-malarial medication upon your return home, as advised by the manufacturer's directions or your health practitioner's advice. The dosage will have already been determined for you but if you experienced delays in your travel plans, etc., see your doctor as soon as you return for updated advice. Except for Malarone, all anti-malarial drugs need to be continued for four weeks after returning home.Failure of travelers to take anti-malarial drugs for the full prescribed cycle, including upon returning home, lessens their effectiveness

4) The last but not the least, seek immediate medical advice if you have malaria symptoms, including up to a year after you return from travelling.

Top Ten Sexiest Female Celebrities In Nigeria

And who is saying Nigeria hasn't got sexy and hot divas? I took my time to run to through our hot and sexy female celebrities and I'm here with a list of ten. List is compiled checking the body shapes, skin and facial looks. One attracting factor that may attract these female celebs to men may be the fact that they are sexy and do everything possible to keep themselves very attractive to these men. We are about to make the rest of your day amazing! Allow me to serve you the most gorgeous and sexiest “meal” ever! So in no particular order we bring to you a list of the sexiest female celebrities in Nigeria.

Top ten sexiest female celebrities in Nigeria

1) Agbani Darego

12 years have past since this beauty became the first black Miss World (2001), and she is still able to hold her own when it comes to complete true beauty. In addition to her ever present grace, and beauty she’s upgraded even more and transformed into an even more elegant and classier version of herself. Not saying she wasn’t before, but while others might take a step down, she’s taken a step up.

2) Omotola Jalade Ekeinde

Super hot, that's what she is. Even after producing four children as a faithful wife, Omotola is still hot and sexy. She also tops female celebs some high class society men want to have a taste of. With age still on her side at 34, and a loving husband who 'flogs' her hard most nights, her die-hard male fans still want her by all means. She is popularly known as Omosexy and they dont call her that for nothing, she remains on the wanted list of the hottest and sexiest female celebrities in Nigeria.

3) Tiwa Savage

First lady of Mavin record, She can hold her own amongst world favorites like Kelly Rowland and Keri Hilson in my opinion. And her name…so exotic, makes a man want to love hers Savagely. Both her back and front sides are not big enough, but her body structure is what drives many men crazy and with imaginations of how good she would be on bed.

4) Genevieve Nnaji

The name needs no introduction, one of Nollywood’s stand outs. Genevieve is so sexy and hot, she's got good body shape and also very pretty. Genevieve Nnaji is a nollywood actress and I wanna add a new title "Beauty Queen"

5) Linda Ikeji

She probably has the most famous name on the Nigerian web space. The ex model turned blogger is not only sexy and smart, she has turned one of her favorite hobbies (gossiping) into a multi-million Naira media empire. Beauty and brains, she has got it all.

6) Rita Dominic

The main thing that put Rita on this list though is that this woman’s wardrobe is on fire. Anyone who follows her on social media will tell you that Rita dey dress die. From the hair do, to the clothes, and shoes, everything is always on point and perfect for the occasion. Hot, sexy and well dressed, Rita Dominic is another ‘hot cake’ many men want to eat. Some men only wish to have her for once and hope to prove to her that she should accept them as the rightful owner of the ‘apple’. Her criterion as a single lady is one of the attractive factors for this desire to have her warm their beds.

7) Mercy Johnson

Who does'nt know Mercy for her sexy hips?  Her back side is perfectly shaped backside and front side is moderately endowed. All these make the men to go crazy. Little wonder many men scuffle to have her warm their beds.Hence she deserve a spot on this list.

8) Ini Edo

Ini Edo is an epitome of beauty, with a chocolate skin, curved body and enticing smile. Ini Edo is one of the few ladies that can switch up the look and persona on any given occasion and still look dazzling. Ini Edo is another female celebrities some men would do anything to have a ‘war’ on bed with. Her firmly packed ‘oranges’ set men ablaze with sexual imagination. To many men, she is a good sex symbol.

9) Monalisa Chinda

Her eyes, her face, her skin, her smile, that hair, those lips, she is indeed a full package. After her crash marriage in 2009, it became a race for the swift for many men who wish to have a taste of the former wife of Dejo Richards. If there is one thing makes most men want to sleep with Mona, as she is also fondly called, it is her attractive complexion. This has made many men try to unravel the puzzle of how Mona would like without any clothe on.

10) Chidinma (Ms Kedike)

Chidinma has continued to ooze out high doses of sexy and swag (sorry I had to use it) over the past year, and she’s a long way removed from the “innocent” looking girl that won Project Fame West Africa a few years ago. The talent is clearly there, her vast wardrobe keeps her looking hot whether she’s rocking urban gear, going with the traditional look, or going for class. Whichever way you want am, Chidinma fit do am, and she’ll do it better that most. And that short hair cut? Boy oh Boy! She’s stay killing it with that look. Probably the most unique of beauties you’d find in Nigerian entertainment. You really cant say anyone is like her.

Most times an applicant will have to go a very far distance just to submit a CV which might finally end up in the trash.

Things have changed with the invention of the internet, nowadays you can easily stumble on a job advert just by a click of the mouse, and even apply online without stepping out of your house.
